Amateur Racing Format

Ø  Pre-Entry Format with LIMITED SPACE (registration open, link at top of this page)

o   Post-Entry will be available at the track, ONLY if there is available space in the class

Ø  2-Moto format

Ø  Will count towards the Thor Millville Super Series

Ø  Racing will be AMA, and proof of a current AMA card will be required.  AMA cards will be available at the track. 

o   NOTE: If you do not bring your current AMA card to registration, you will be required to purchase a new AMA card!

Ø  If a minor’s legal guardian will not be present, CLICK HERE to complete and notarize the necessary forms.  Without these forms the minor will NOT be eligible to practice or race. 

Ø  If racing is cancelled on Friday due to weather or other circumstances, the race will be held on Sunday

* VIP Ticket pricing does not include a general admission ticket.  A general admission ticket must also be purchased with the purchase of a VIP ticket.

The Comfort Zone & Top Dog VIP suites are located on the 2^nd and 3^rd floors, respectively, of the Registration/Concession building along the start line.  They are air-conditioned, boast trackside viewing along the start line, have a private flushing restroom, PA system with live announcing, and TVs with live video feeds.  In addition, each offers the following:

Top Dog VIP: $103/$100 SOLD OUT

1.      All-Day Pro Pit access on Friday & Saturday (8AM-5PM)

2.      Access to Top Dog VIP Suite

3.      Access to Comfort Zone VIP Suite

4.      Access to Elite Parking lot located next to Pro Pit entrance at Gate D

Pit Vehicle Passes

Cost = $23/$20

o   Good through Friday evening until 8PM, and also on Sunday (NOT SATURDAY)

·         If overcrowding or abuse occurs, they will be shut down sooner

o   Utility-type vehicles only (golf carts, utility quads, Rangers, Mules, etc.)

o   NO PIT BIKES!!!!!

o   Hours = 6AM - 8PM  

o   Hills are off limits

o   Only for 18+ licensed drivers

o   Walking pace is speed limit

o   Abuse will result in confiscation and/or disqualification of rider

Camping Rules

• Camping is first come first served, no reservations
  • There is plenty of space, we have never run out of room
• Camping is assignedèTo park next to friends, you must arrive with them
• Must enter upon arrival during open gate hours, no camping outside of gate.
  • If you arrive after gates close, you may camp outside gates for the night but be ready to enter at 6AM SHARP
• Dogs are allowed
  • Only allowed on Campground side, NOT allowed to Trackside
  • Must be LEASHED at all times
  • Must have an air-conditioned camper to keep them in for camping
• Campfires not allowed for Pro Weekend
• Grills are allowed
• No alcohol may be brought onto the grounds, the Mazeppa Area Jaycees will provide beer gardens throughout the weekend
• Please place garbage in trash bags along roads.  Garbage crews will be rotating all weekend to collect trash.
• Several water fill-up stations
• Inquire at Sign-up or Will Call to empty black and gray tanks
• Quiet hours are 10PM-6AM (noisy generators must be shut off)

Activities Pro Weekend: TBA

• Helicopter rides! Located next to the Will Call at the facility entrance on Saturday
